I'll be teaching my popular NAS 123, "Native Foods and Farming of the Americas" course online in spring 2025 (and every spring thereafter). Lecture modules will be asynchronous and can be done at your own pace; discussion sections will be synchronous/live on Zoom every week. The course will be open to any UC student for free for credit through UC Online. Members of the public can enroll through UC "Open Campus." If you are interested in the latter, please email Jeremiah Thompson for more details <jthompso@ucdavis.edu> about paperwork.
