Established in 2005, the Q'eqchi' Scholars Network was inspired by the solidarity work of the Guatemala Scholars Network.  The goal of this network is to share research, but also support social movements on the ground.  Most news gets posted to the  Facebook group, but some also circulates on a listserv.
